Methods
We combine molecular biology methods like cloning of shRNA, tranfection and retoviral trasduction of mammalian cells to primary cell culture, multiparametric analysis (FACS), oxynografy, imaging (notably high-throughput imaging) immunoistochemistry, optical and multyphoton in vivo imaging, in vivo tissue engineering, etc all focusing on understanding the cell-cell and intracellular cross talk within the angiogenesis process in normal and pathological condition like cancer and metastasis.
