Social scientist from The Faculty of Social Sciences (University of Bergen) and the Uni Rokkan Centre are currently working on establishing a citizen panel. The panel is meant to be representative for the Norwegian population and is followed over time through web-surveys. The panel will be an important resource for social scientific research on opinions, changes in opinions and the underlying causes for such changes.

The survey will be divided into four categories:  1. Trust, political participation and inequality, 2. Climate and environment, 3. Migration and welfare, 4. Open category, where external researchers are given the opportunity to suggest scientifically founded questions and/or survey experiments.
