Publications
Our researchers publish in print and online: in books, blogs and more.
When you research digital culture and new ways of communicating, it rapidly becomes clear that traditional print publishing is not the only way scholars should share their work today. Here are some of our publications.
-
Blogs and Social Media
Several of the members of the Digital Culture Research Group have active blogs and contribute to group blogs.
-
Books
The anthology Digital Culture, Play, and Identity: A World of Warcraft Reader (MIT Press) and the monograph Blogging (Polity Press) were both published in 2008.
-
Master's and PhD Theses
Our post-graduate students make important contributions and are constant inspirations to us. Many of their theses are available online in the Bergen Open Research Archive (BORA).
-
Scholarly articles
We publish traditional scholarly articles in print and online journals, and some less traditional scholarly articles that use digital media.
-
Conference Presentations
When we have documentation of a conference presentation, such as slides or video or the text, we'll post the information here.
