Beatriz Díaz Pauli from EvoFish submitted her PhD thesis "Contemporary evolution caused by fisheries. Contributions from experimental studies" in August. The thesis has now been evaluated by the committee consisting of Professor Anne Magurran (University of St. Andrews), Dr. Esben Moland Olsen (Institute of Marine Research, Flødevigen), and Prof. Anne Gro Vea Salvanes (UiB/BIO). The committee has found the thesis worth defending. We are looking forward to exciting discussion on November 6, be there!
