This project focuses on globalization and national higher education systems at three levels: 1) Study of bilateral and multilateral forms of agreements and policy formation 2) study of how national higher education systems changed as a result of the development of a global market for higher education, 3) study of the " traditional university "and traditional ways of organizing university subjects at the age of globalization.
