Researchers at Marine biodiversity are involved in a number of projects.

Seaweeds of the Hardangerfjord, part of the EPIGRAPH project (Institute of Marine Research) 2008-2011: A re-inverstigation of species composition at sites visited for the first time during the 1950s.

Participation in NRC project ”Ecological & evolutionary responses to global warming in the seaweed Fucus serratus, a key foundational species in the North Atlantic”, University College of Bodø (2010-2013)
