The Nordic Network for Literary Transculturation Studies is funded by NORDFORSK, and is a collaborative network consisting of individual research groups in Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden. The aim of the network (2009-2012) is to improve Nordic research, research training, and teaching in the field of Anglophone and post-colonial literary studies with particular reference to the multimodalities of transculturation processes.

The concluding network event is an international conference titled "Transculturation and Aesthetics," to be held in Bergen 30 August - 2 September 2012.
