Training Course - 2,5 days (from Gel to MALDI)

The course includes in-gel digestion, peptide extraction, desalting and concentration on nC18 RP-stageTips, MALDI MS and MS/MS analysis and database searching using the Mascot search engine. Attendants are invited to bring 2-4 spots of their own.
