PhD candidate Jøri Gytre Horverak

Jøri Gytre Horverak is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Psychology. She earned her Cand. Psychol. at the University of Bergen, 2001. For six years she has been working in the field of leadership- and organizational development at AFF, by the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). At AFF, a special field of interest was motivation, working environment and HMS. From 2006 she has been working at the University of Bergen.

As a member of the “Recruitment in a multicultural society” research group, her work will focus on Norwegian managers’ evaluation of job applicants.
