Researchers from all three clinical departments (Clinical Medicine, Medicine, and Surgical sciences) are invited to present their work to fellow researchers and the general audience. Poster exhibition and oral presentations will take place in Haukeland University Hospital January 24th-28th 2010.

The Postgraduate School of Clinical Medical Research was established in 2005 at the Faculty of Medicine on the initiative of:
- Institute of Medicine
- Department of Clinical Medicine
- Department of Surgical Sciences
- Haukeland University Hospital
The objectives of the Postgraduate School of Clinical Medical Research are:
- To give PhD students an optimal and effective training and supervision in methods of clinical medical research
- To establish a network for clinical researchers, and
- To increase the awareness of health workers, health authorities, governments and the public concerning clinical medical research and its consequences for diagnosis and treatment of disabling and life-threatening diseases
More than 250 clinical researchers are working at the three clinical university units. This includes scientific supervision and training of more than 150 PhD students and 30 post- doctoral candidates.

Research presentations from 2012
Researchers from all three clinical departments (Clinical Medicine, Medicine and Surgical sciences) and The Gade institute are hereby invited to present their work to fellow researchers and the general audience. If you have presented a poster or had an oral presentation at a scientific meeting or a conference in 2012, or will be having one later in 2012, you are welcome to submit your work. It is possible to submit several abstracts for the poster exhibition, but it is only allowed with one oral presentation per participant.

Researchers from all three clinical departments (Clinical Medicine, Medicine, and Surgical sciences) are hereby invited to present their work to fellow researchers and the general audience. If you have presented a poster or had an oral presentation at a scientific meeting or a conference in 2011, you are welcome to submit your work. It is possible to submit several abstracts, but each abstract can only be submitted once (either as a poster or as an oral presentation).
