How to join MCB
Who can become members?
All PhD-students at the partner sites (Biomed, CBU, Dept. Informatics, MBI and Sars).
How do I join?
By signing up to the introductory course at first chance (Febr/March each year).
If I am not a member - can I participate in single courses?
Yes, courses are open (except the intro course), but members of MCB have priority.
Want to organise a research course?
MCB encourage all scientific staff at the MCB partner institutions to propose research courses. We will support courses within any area of molecular and/or computational biology based on local research.
- Deadline for course proposals for fall 2012: a.s.a.p.
- Deadline for course proposals for spring 2013: October 1st
- Deadline for course proposals for fall 2013: May 1st 2013

The ambition of the Molecular and Computational Biology Research School (MCB) is to create an attractive and stimulating training environment for PhD students in molecular and computational biology, both to better serve the needs for relevant training in the field, and to stimulate crossdiscipline developments in the research of the parties.

The MCB Young scientists' retreat is organized to give us, the young scientist, an opportunity to learn more from each other, to have fun together and make life-lasting friendships. The only thing each of us have to do is to sign up before the deadline.
