Indigenous People and Governance in the Arctic is a multidisciplinary research project combining comparative politics, political theory, international relations, and Indigenous studies. Founded in 2016, the project focuses on the influence of political structures, processes, and norms in the realization of political power and authority for the Indigenous population in the circumpolar north. The project is directed by Professor Per Selle, and assisted by Førstelektor Aaron Spitzer, both of the Department of Comparative Politics, University of Bergen.
