System Administration
The Section for Information and System Administration is responsible for ICT systems in the Education Department.
System administration includes the following:
- further development of system operations, including prioritisation of operating and development tasks.
- the best possible coordination of the different systems
- providing a range of appropriate solutions with an overlap of functionality between systems
- risk evaluation
- user support and training
- proper documentation and quality assurance of the systems
