Mål og innhald
This is a project-based module with a focus on the relationship between site, context, and artistic expression.
Students develop an individual or group project within the module and will be introduced to relevant techniques and approaches through lectures, readings, presentations, tutorials, and/or workshops.

Utfyllande semesteromtale
Illusion of Form is an artistic and cultural exchange between two Art Academies Bergen and Poznan.
The course/module is based on cross medial and conceptual approach and focus on the exchange of knowledge between cultures. Learning from collaborations, discussions and by spending time together.
Teaching will consist of lectures, tutorials, excursions in local surroundings and workshops in new media, sculpture, and performance.
Calculate around 12 days including travel days and weekends for each module.
Illusion of Form starts in Bergen in weeks 37 and 38 and continues in Poznan in weeks 41 and 42. The last week in Poznan ends with a group exhibition with the participating students, including works of the students from the previous Fall 2022 module. Finally, a conference hosted by Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts will be held October 23rd until 25th 2023 for the professors and externals guests.
In total 30 students can take part, equally 15 students from each Art Academy.
The primary professors leading the workshop are Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen and Frans Jacobi from KMD, Bergen and
Other professors and teachers will be invited to participate in the workshop for a shorter period.

Performance
Travels, accommodation, meals and material (partially) expenses is provided.
The ¿Illusion of Form¿ project is implemented under the Education Program co-financed by the governments of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism.
