A Toolbox for Open Research Agenda Setting has been published by Arqus R&I

Arqus Research & Innovation promotes the engagement with society through research on participative methodologies.

Main content

This toolbox invites students and other citizens to share their ideas and priorities to the research agendas of public institutions. Open Research Agenda Setting has the aim of involving citizens in decisions on how public money is spent for research. Participants will be part of the discipline Citizen Science that stands for a close connection between science and society.

The working group on Stakeholder Engagement of Arqus R&I at UiB has spent half a year on developing this toolbox. It will be tested by all Arqus universities in the next months and evaluated in a set of "Recommendations on Open Research Agenda Setting" in June 2022.
