Main content

The objective of the core analytics team is to further develop advanced economic evaluation methods for priority setting in global health, addressing health benefits (e.g. deaths averted, disability-adjusted life years averted), equity (e.g. across socioeconomic groups, geographical setting), and financial risk protection (FRP) maximisation. A series of policy relevant extended cost-effectiveness analyses (ECEAs) will be conducted. There is need for innovation on how to optimise essential health services package design, and tutorials on analyzing equity impact and effective purchasing of FRP will be developed.
