Shifting Paradigms in Primary and Metastatic Brain Tumors: Unleashing the Power of Genomics to Clinical Care

Our research focuses on understanding the genomic mechanisms that drive progression in brain tumors. In this seminar, studies which identified novel therapeutic targets in meningiomas, craniopharyngiomas, brain metastases, and lead to national multi-institutional clinical trials will be presented. Work on brain metastases demonstrates that brain metastases have branched evolution, and harbor clinically significant drivers that are distinct from primary tumors.
