Rosemarie de La Cruz Bernabe will be presenting the AccessAfrica Project’s  “Guidelines on Post-Trial Access for International Clinical Trials in Sub-Saharan Africa.” These guidelines are the first ever regional ethics guidelines on why, how, for whom, by whom and up to when should the medicinal intervention demonstrated to be safe and effective be provided.
