Objectives and Content
The lectures provide an overview of world fisheries, principles and objectives for fisheries management, guidelines for responsible fisheries, current policies for national and international management and systems for biological advice to managers.
The course aims to provide a general understanding of fisheries management issues relevant for assessment biologists.

The grading scale used is A to F. Grade A is the highest passing grade in the grading scale, grade F is a fail.
