How an organisation is perceived is the result of complex interaction between many elements. The purpose of the course is to reflect on this interaction. In the course, we discuss the place of design in an organisation's overall communication.
The course deals with the following main areas:
1. The organisation's overall communication
2. All the elements of communication (including design)
3. Symbolic communication
The objective of the course is to make students aware of an organisation's overall communication, i.e. how the surroundings form an impression of an organisation.
