On successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- Apply systematic design methods and use advanced design tools for modeling, simulation, manufacturing, testing and documentation of electronics.
- Describe digital circuits at various abstraction levels using VHDL.
- Design and optimize vector based and array based computational and storage logic.
- Discuss clocking networks, power distribution networks, IO-circuits and packaging technologies relevant for complex electronics systems.
The grading scale used is A to F. Grade A is the highest passing grade in the grading scale, grade F is a fail.
Type of assessment: Portfolio assesment and oral examination
