Course content

Access to the course requires admission to PhD programme at The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The course is the equivalent of STAT200

To ensure learning outcomes at PhD level, it is required that the PhD student also produces an independent course component on a topic related to the content of STAT200. The form of this course component should be a 5¿10-pages written report. The topic should be chosen in cooperation with the lecturer and must be finally approved by the end of the 4th week of teaching. Prerequisite for taking the exam in STATPHD900 is that the student has passed the completion of the course component.
