The research school aims to bring together all PhD candidates with oral health-related projects at the Faculty of Medicine.

Main goals
The research school provide adapted training to the PhD-candidates to increasing standards and the research competence. The research school gives PhD-candidates a network outside their research group and contribute to increased collaboration and translation of research between disciplines. Candidates linked to the research school will gain increased knowledge of topics outside their own project. The research school consists of a series of annual academic seminars where some topics are decided by the graduate school, while others are decided by the participants according to needs and interests.
The academic leader of the research school is professor Stein Atle Lie, while the administratively responsible is the research coordinator at the department of clinical dentistry.
