Information about salary settlement at UiB in 2021
The local salary settlement at the UiB is now completed.
This year there has not been individual negotiations. The parties have agreed on the following:
Salary settlement for members of the Akademikerne:
Akademikernes pot has been negotiated in its entirety locally at UiB, and the result will be implemented from 1 May 2021.
The parties have agreed on the following:
Employees are given a general percentage supplement:
Employees with salaries below NOK 499,999 - 1.8%
Employees with salaries between NOK 500,000 and 524,999 - 1.7%
Employees with salaries between NOK 525,000 and 549,999 - 1.6%
Employees with salaries over NOK 550,000 - 1.5%
The remaining pot is given as individual supplements, and the result will be implemented from 1 May 2021.
The settlement does not include:
Employees with an expiration of the employment relationship in 2021 with the exception of those who will retire.
employees who have received a new employment relationship, salary supplements based on HTA sections 2.5.5 and 2.5.3 after 1 May 2021.
Salary settlement for members of LO, Unio and YS and unorganized:
LO, Unio and YS have negotiated their pot centrally, and the result of these negotiations is:
From 1 May, everyone has received a supplement to the salary table:
- 0.9% for all
- 1500 KR for everyone
- 4000 KR to everyone from salary step 19 up to and including salary step 50
- From and including salary step 51 up to and including salary step 69, the supplement of NOK 4,000 is reduced by NOK 200 per salary step, so that the supplement given in salary step 51 is NOK 3,800 and NOK 200 in salary step 69.
The remaining share of the pot has been negotiated locally at UiB as individual supplements, and the result will be implemented from 1 July 2021.
