The fight against the climate change caused by humans, equality and inclusion are the issues that are most important to me and I want to contribute to the further development of UiB for it to make decisions that develop education and research towards these goals to fulfill its responsible societal role. The high number of temporary staff and general hiring policies are issues that need new strategies.
The university has committed to climate neutrality by 2030. In order to reach this goal, the level of ambition must be raised along with committed decisions that supports sustainability.
I am PhD candidate at the Art Academy and currently a member of the institute council.
