Marking of the World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day - Seminar with psychologist Andreas Hillestad Schei

We need to talk more together #give8minutes.

Humans are social animals. We are social, and we need each other. In the renowned longitudinal study ‘The Harvard Study of Adult Development,’ it was found that good relationships make us happier and give us better health.

In this session, we will explore how important it is to have contact with other people, and what we can do to create more belonging in everyday life for ourselves and those around us.
