Facts
The Department of Earth Science (GEO), University of Bergen, is one of the main institutions in Norway for research and education with the geosciences and we constantly provide high-quality research and candidates to industry, public- and research-institutions in Norway and abroad.
To help improve the link between GEO and our main collaboration partners, we will also this year arrange our annual seminar. We will address important topics where the geosciences can play a role in solving national and global challenges and we will present main activities at GEO, highlights from some of our research programs and introduce you to a selection of our new projects. The seminar also forms an arena to meet other collaborators.
