Friederike Hoffmann, Hans Tore Rapp and Christa Schleper were all authors of “Complex nitrogen cycling in the sponge Geodia barretti” published in 2009 in Environmental Microbiology. The 5.537 impact factor journal has now compiled statistics and this article was among the top 50 most cited articles for 2009-2010.
