Per Lægreid and long-time collaborator Tom Christensen has published a article titled “Coordination Quality: Perceptions and Drivers Among Civil Servants” in Global Encyclopedia of Public Administration, Public Policy, and Governance.
The article focuses on perceived coordination quality in ministries and central agencies in Norway. It describes and explains how civil servants in central government perceive coordination quality, by addressing the following questions:
- How do civil servants assess the quality of coordination in their own field of work?
- How can one explain the variations in perceived coordination quality from a structural and a cultural perspective?
