NEW date for full conference: 25th – 28th August 2021 - New date for virtual one-day conference: 27th August 2020, 09:00 – 15:00 CET
IMPORTANT CORONA VIRUS UPDATE:
Due to the ongoing pandemic of coronavirus disease we have decided to move the 7th North Sea Meeting on Laterality to 25th to 28th August 2021.
To provide at least a little consolation, to ensure that we keep in touch with each other, and to provide early career researchers the opportunity to present their findings and collect kudos for their CV, we have decided, however, to host a free, virtual conference on the 27th August 2020 from 09:00 to 15:00 (CET). If you would like to “attend” and/or present your research at the virtual conference, please use the “Abstract submission” button below
Refunds for 2020 conference will be given. Unfortunately, the Norwegian Krone (NOK) is very low at the moment compared to other currencies, so one might not get full refund in Euro or the local currency that was used to pay for the conference. All payments will be refunded back to the card used when paying the conference fee.
We are sorry for any inconvenience the moving of the conference may cause you, and we hope to see you all in Bergen in 2021.
The North Sea Laterality Meeting is a biannual interdisciplinary conference aimed at presenting and discussing the latest developments in the research fields of brain laterality, brain asymmetry, and interhemispheric interaction, including both studies in humans and animal models. The meeting represents a unique forum for the discussion of behavioural, psychological, neural, and genetic aspects of hemispheric differences, as well as their relevance for clinical conditions. Attended by leading experts, the meeting offers ample opportunity for one-on-one discussions of novel findings and to network with colleagues to plan future projects around the North Sea (and beyond).
Registration and Abstract Submission:
Abstract submissions for the virtual conference will be open until 1st July 2020. 250 word limit.
