Accountability and aspiration: on human flourishing with data
Welcome to a talk by digital communication professor and founding director of UCPH Center for Tracking & Society, Stine Lomborg.
Main content
Abstract
The talk will reflect on what it would mean to walk the talk of “people-first” perspectives in current debates around AI in society, suggesting two routes to promoting human flourishing in relation to datafication. The talk will draw examples from the Datafied Living project, which studies the pervasive datafication of everyday life at the intersection of infrastructural, experiential and organisational trajectories.
