Society is developing and so is the legal system. Everyday life changes and new problems arise that involve issues such as the internet, property, human rights, welfare, the environment and terrorism.
Increasing globalisation generates a need to clarify the relationship between local national courts and the rules of international and regional bodies. Through their work on legal rules, legal practitioners are important contributors to the development of the society.
