DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the official kickoff conference October 1, 2024
 of the Centre CC.AGE for Complex Conditions and Ageing! This new
 center is financed by the Trond Mohn Foundation and the University of
 Bergen, located at SEFAS. The opening conference will take place on
 October 1, 2024 in the grand University Aula in Bergen. During the
 event, you will hear about the project and receive updates from our
 national and international partners. The aim of CC.AGE is to support
 older people with complex conditions, so that they can live safely and
 independently at home. This will be done by developing, implementing
 and researching the effectiveness of the research-based digital
 platform ALIVE, which is a hub for selected technologies for use at
 home. We look forward to sharing more information about this exciting
 initiative during the opening conference!
