I have been a member of the UK Challenger Society for Marine Science’s Equality, Diversity Inclusivity & Accessibility (EDIA) working group since it was formed in January 2021, and became chair of the working group in October 2022.

While employed at the University of East Anglia, UK, I was the researcher representative on the departmental Equality and Diversity Athena SWAN committee, April 2019 - May 2023.
