PhD Candidate

My research is on improving the reliability and efficiency of distributed computing systems using tools from coding theory, which is the science of how information is represented
(e.g., using bits or radio waves). We propose novel ways to introduce redundancy to computations such that the failure of a small number of servers does not affect the whole system.
