Lucia Cestelli, MD, specialist in Respiratory Medicine, is a PhD research fellow at the Department of Clinical Science, University of Bergen.
Her current research project is the study of lung function changes in general population subjects in Norway during the 20th century and their relationship with mortality. Other research interests include COPD, lung function tests, epidemiology, and pulmonary imaging.
She is an active member of the European Respiratory Society (ERS) and serves as reviewer for the European Board for Accreditation in Pneumology (EBAP) and the European Lung Foundation (ELF). She is also Early Career Editor for European Respiratory Review (ERR).
