The aim of our research is to increase the understanding of diseases of wild and farmed fish by characterizing pathogens (virus, bacteria, fungi and parasites), studying the interactions between pathogen and host (routes of infection, immunology, pathology), investigating the spreading of pathogens (epizootiology) and elucidating pathogen evolution.
