Global health Anthropology Research Group Meeting - November 23

The next meeting in the Global Health Anthropology Research Group is Thursday November 23, 1.30-4pm in Kalfaret 31.

1.30 – 2.45pm: Jovita Amurwon will present a draft of the third article in her PhD: ‘It’s like I never had a child of my own’: Care and support for the elderly in a changing socio-economic context in rural Uganda. 

3.00-4.00pm:     Andrea Melberg will present a book chapter on maternal mortality by Claire Wendland: Estimating death. A close reading of maternal mortality metrics in Malawi published in Metrics: What counts in global health, ed Vincanne Adams, 2016.
