Ishtiaq Jamil and Steinar Askvik will recieve NORPART funding for their project, Policy and Governance Studies(PGS). Their application for funding to the Norwegian Partnership Programme for Global Academic Cooperation(NORPART) were selected to recieve funding. The program supports institutional cooperation and student mobility between Norwegian and international education institutions.
Ishtiaq Jamil and Steinar Askvik are editors of a special issue of International Journal of Public Administration. The issue called "Institutional trust in developing and transitional countries" has a focus on trust in public institutions, and the issue shows the various conditions for trust in public institutions in a selection of developing and transitioning countries.
