Frequency of ERBB2-Low Expresssion in Endometrial Cancer

Recently published data in JAMA Oncology sheds new light on the ERBB2 expression across molecular subtypes in endometrial cancer. Notably, copy-number high tumors had the highest number of ERBB2 strongly expressing (3+) tumors. Moreover, there was a 64% concordance in ERBB2 expression between primary tumors and metastatic lesions.
