Research Plan

When the research group was established in 2012, the leadership committee issued a research plan focusing on four main topics: (1) Textual Traditions and Textual Criticism, (2) The Literature of Learning, (3) Norwegian Law in the Middle Ages, and (4) Transformations of the Heroic.

Currently the research group investigates various aspects of medieval manuscript culture. It is important to us that the group is open to a wide range of interests within the framework of the group. The group regularly adjusts the long-term plans in accordance with the members' research interests.
