EVENT

2nd Mohn Synergy Symposium

MemBrain is grateful to have been part of the 2nd Mohn Synergy Symposium on May 19th 2025. Here we explored how our work on brain calcification may have synergism with research on childhood blindness and cancer.

The event was a synergy-stimulating occasion focused on one of our key proteins of interest, PDGFRβ. We explored how our work on brain calcification may have synergism with research on this protein in the context of childhood blindness (Cecilie Bredrup lab) and cancer (Carina Strell lab).

The symposium was a nice opportunity to showcase MemBrain's work so far and was a valuable meeting place for the exchange of ideas and inspiration, providing the opportunity to explore joint interests and mutual benefits from synergistic collaborations.
