Per Lægreid and Lise H. Rykkja have authored, and co-authored two chapters in a forthcoming book about implications of New Public Management-reforms in Europe. The book is based on a survey of 6700 top civil servants, the largest of its kind. The first chapter presents a study of managerialism, incrementalism and cooperation in a Norwegian context. The second chapter, co-authored with Tiina Randma-Liiv and Külli Sarapuu, presents a study of challenges to coordination and administrative reforms. The book is published as part of the project Coordinating for Cohesion in the Public Sector of the Future (COCOPS).
