Online Training Program

The Cultural Diversity Program is a training program that was developed in collaboration with the Norwegian Directorate of Integration and Diversity. The program is freely available online (see link below). The purpose of the program is to provide an interactive tool for assessing leadership approaches to cultural diversity. It consists of ten video clips, lasting from 20-30 seconds, presenting different dilemmas that may arise in a culturally diverse workplace. The situations and response alternatives are based on interviews with leaders in culturally diverse workplaces in Norway.
