Stem cell-derived conditioned media
In this study we are interested in using conditioned media (CM) derived from stem cells as well as stem cells themselves for regenerative medicine.
Conditioned media (CM) have been reported to serve multiple positive functions, and there are several advantages of using CM for tissue regeneration, such as low cost and no need for complicated handling associated with cell transplantation. However, there are some unclear points to be improved before applying CM for tissue engineering applications. This study attempts to establish optimal conditions of stem cells culture for a wide range of tissue regeneration studies.
