The Research School in Public Health and Primary Health Care

The Research School was established in spring 2007 and is located at the Department of global public health and primary care in Årstadveien 17, Block D, 5009 Bergen. The main purpose is to develop a stimulating scientific environment for PhD candidates, students at the Medical Student Research Programme and researchers within the field of public health and primary health care.

- The aim of the Research School is to increase network activity between Ph.D.-candidates, thereby lowering the threshold to visit each other and cooperate, says Chairman Thorkild Tylleskär. –We believe that through this we will be able to facilitate for better research.
