Visiting Researcher at SKOK
From April to September 2016 Malgorzata Kot will be studying at the University of Bergen as taking part in the project on student and academic staff mobility within EEA Grants/Norway Grants conducted by the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Malgorzata (Gosia) is a PhD candidate affiliated with the Graduate School for Social Research at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Science.
She is working on a PhD thesis ‘Queer mothering: The process of becoming a mother among non-heteronormative women’s relationships in Poland’.
Her research interests revolve around gender and sexuality studies, queer theory and studies on motherhood.
She is also a youth and feminist activist, particularly focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights’ issues.
Professor Randi Gressgård at SKOK will be Gosias supervisor in this project.
