AR(t): Augmented Reality in Electronic Literature
Digital culture students explore, through the medium of posters, the ways in which digital genres of literature can help us innovate new storytelling methods for AR technologies.

Main content
In this exhibition of Augmented Reality (AR) artworks, the artists have sought to critically reimagine how text exists in AR spaces. Text in AR is often used in an informative manner that arguably does not lend itself to creative intervention. Here, we question the ways in which digital genres of literature may help us to innovate new storytelling methods for AR technologies.
Bring your own mobile device to the UiB Humanities Library, 24th November – 1st December, to see the AR(t): Augmented Reality in Electronic Literature exhibition. Many of these works are interactive. Please make sure you are experiencing the work in its entirety by exploring each augmented space.
