Ishtiaq Jamil og Steinar Askvik mottar NORPART-finansiering til deres prosjekt. De vant fram med deres søknad til Norwegian Partnership Programme for Global Academic Cooperation(NORPART), som har som formål å støtte institusjonelt samarbeid og økt studentmobilitet mellom norske og andre lands utdanningsinstitusjoner.
Ishtiaq Jamil og Steinar Askvik har redigert et spesialnummer av International Journal of Public Administration. Utgaven inneholder fem artikler om folks tillit til offentlige institusjoner i utviklingsland og i "transitioning countries"(land som beveger seg fra en statsstyrt til en mer markedsstyrt økonomi) i Europa, Asia, Afrika og Latin-Amerika.
Associate Professor Ishtiaq Jamil, Professor Steinar Askvik and PhD Candidate Hasan M. Baniamin have published an article in : International Journal of Public Administration.
