Intrauterine, perinatal and maternal health studies through clinical ultrasound and Doppler studies of fetal and maternal physiology in low and high-risk pregnancies, as well as epidemiological studies focusing on the placenta and umbilical cord and perinatal and later health using national health registries in Norway.

Engaged in multicenter and multidisciplinary studies.
